Bay Maples was started by Alan Hackler in 2010 and since the very beginning our goal has been to find as many as possible to reduce the waste and chemicals used in conventional construction materials and installation process. Using locally sourced, salvaged lumber seemed like a no-brainier to us. We started out with a simple chainsaw mill, which served or needs for a long time. In 2020, we purchased a bandsaw mill, which allowed us to increase the amount of wood we could process and do it in safe, more process way. We now have a full range of milling tools and equipment to meet the needs of our clients.
